My stay at the Grand Plaza Paulista Hotel had its highs and lows. The sauna and jacuzzi were definitely highlights, offering a clean and exclusive experience. However, I was disappointed with the brightness in my room in the mornings and some issues that arose during my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are areas that could use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in room 1408, which unfortunately lacked proper blackout curtains, making it very bright in the mornings. Additionally, the safe in my room was broken, which was not ideal.
Service

When I faced issues, the hotel informed me that it was the owner's responsibility, which I found frustrating. I expected better service for a hotel stay.
Location
8.0
The location was quite central, allowing me to easily explore the area. This aspect of my stay was certainly a plus.

I had a fairly good stay at the Grand Plaza Paulista Hotel. My room was bright in the mornings due to insufficient curtains, which made it hard to sleep in. However, the sauna and jacuzzi were excellent and very clean, thanks to the scheduled privacy between guests.

Rooms

My room was bright in the morning because there were no proper curtains or blackout drapes, just some loose shades. The safe in my room was also broken, which was disappointing.
Service

I encountered some issues during my stay, and whenever I needed assistance, the hotel staff mentioned it was the owner's responsibility rather than theirs. This lack of accountability was frustrating.

I had a decent stay at the Grand Plaza Paulista Hotel, but there were a few hiccups. The sauna and jacuzzi were great and super clean, which I really appreciated. However, my room was way too bright in the morning due to some inadequate shades, and I also had issues with the safe not working. It was a bit frustrating that they said it wasn't their responsibility to fix room-related problems.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a triple room, but it was too bright early in the morning because the shades didn't block out enough light. Plus, the safe in the room was broken, which was really inconvenient.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be lacking, especially when issues arose. They kept insisting it was the owner's responsibility rather than the hotel, which felt off to me.

My stay was quite enjoyable overall, though a few issues did pop up. The sauna and jacuzzi were excellent and very clean, providing a relaxing experience. However, my room had a couple of drawbacks, such as being too bright in the morning and a broken safe. Additionally, I felt the hotel management could have handled maintenance issues more proactively.

Rooms

I stayed in room 1408, which was very bright in the morning (the lack of proper curtains definitely woke me up early). The safe was broken too, which was inconvenient.
Service
5.0
Whenever I reported an issue, the front desk said it was the owner of the room's responsibility (I didn't think that should be the case in a hotel). This made me feel a bit neglected as a guest.
Location

The hotel's location was quite convenient for exploring the city (I loved how easy it was to get around!).
Dining

I didn't get to try the dining options extensively but did enjoy some homemade ice cream during my stay (it was a good treat!).
